Get to Know Us

Amy is proud to lead her team alongside her husband and fellow real estate professional Jon Pedersen, a former technology salesman, and consultant. Jon brings more than 25 years of tech experience to the team and loves cultivating long-lasting relationships with his clients. Since he and Amy invested in their first investment property in 2012, Jon’s passion for real estate has only grown.

Brandon McGovern grew up under the tutelage of his grandparents - real estate investors and developers. By the age of 22, he oversaw the maintenance of 600 residential doors before moving over to commercial management. As a licensed agent on the team, Brandon brings over a decade of experience as a real estate problem solver and solutions finder.

Ara Abello, the newest member of the team, is an experienced real estate assistant. She grew up watching house flipping videos which led her curiosity in the real estate world, eventually working for a real estate investor. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional support, she is dedicated to contributing to the success of the team.
