Renovating homes. Renewing hope. Restoring lives.
Sometimes houses can suffer when life gets in the way. As realtors and home renovators, we have been able to help some people in bad housing situations move on, literally. Through thoughtful and strategic design choices, our impactful renovations can get qualified sellers top dollar without them having to burden the upfront expenses or overseeing the project.
We get it. Sometimes, life throws us a curve ball or two and we can't see our way out. At Purpose Driven Real Estate, we too have experienced our own hardships and as #ChangeMakers, we want to help where we can.
By taking homes in disrepair and making high impact investments on behalf of sellers recovering from a major life setback, we help people who have lived through a challenge move on…literally.

What began as a bold idea—a house flip where all net profits would be donated—quickly grew into something much bigger than real estate. Flip It Forward became a movement of faith, community, and purpose.
We stepped into this project knowing the numbers would be tight, but believing the mission was worth the risk. From the first walk-through of a tired home full of potential, to months of hard work and countless hands pitching in, the transformation became about far more than bricks and mortar.
Every partner, donor, and volunteer who showed up turned this house into a story of impact. The “before and after” wasn’t just cosmetic—it was proof of what happens when people rally together for something bigger than themselves.
The journey culminated in an unforgettable reveal, a successful sale, and a donation that will bless foster families through Atlanta Angels for years to come. Along the way, we discovered that real estate isn’t only about changing property values—it can change lives.
This is Flip It Forward: transforming spaces, uplifting lives, and proving that purpose-driven real estate can create ripples of hope far beyond a single home.

Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Have you come upon hard times which make it difficult for you to maintain and stay in your home? Do you feel you have no way out but to sell your home at a loss?
Perhaps you or someone you love has experienced a serious illness. Perhaps taking care of a family member has left you financially and emotionally strapped. Perhaps the loss of a loved one makes the house a place of sadness rather than a haven of joy.
